It was so overwhelming, just the thought of it. Where to start? How to start? What do I need?

My husband Will and I just had a very challenging year and we needed help to figure things out about the process, so we decided to reach out to Caitlin just so we can have an idea of how everything was going to be. The application itself requires many documents depending on the exact situation you are in when applying for the green card, and it was extremely confusing for my husband and I to even compile all the forms we needed to complete. I moved to the United States in 2017 on an employment-based visa with my company in Ireland at the time.  My employment visa as managed by a different law firm through my employer.
